Angela is a 22-year old Canadian living in Winnipeg, MB. She finished her arts major degree in Psychology and minor in Asian Studies at the University of Manitoba.
Angela was originally from the province of Cavite, Philippines. She spent her childhood visiting relatives in Muntinlupa City, Cavite City, Malabon City, and Olongapo City. Her last months in the Philippines were spent in Quezon City, where she attended University of the Philippines-Diliman and took BA Sociology.
Angela ♥’s reading, shopping, taking photos, talking, and people-watching; green tea with honey, hazelnut-flavored steamed milk and hot smoothie, coffee, chocolates and her mom’s cooking. She rarely watches TV.
ABOUT THIS BLOG
Angela started blogging around 2002 because she wanted to improve her writing. She is currently blogging so that she can tell her stories and experiences as a Filipino immigrant and as a university student (abroad). This blog is also used to catch up with friends and relatives back home. Aside from these, she also posts entries about things that interests her, such as books, movies, music, and popular culture. Angela also writes some socially-related entries (i.e. social practices, among others). Entries are written either in English, Filipino, or Japanese.
