Ootori, Sengoku, Echizen and Akutsu Dream Novels; New Writers

This post is packed with news, announcements and updates, I don’t even know where to start. We’re pretty busy with school right now, but we’re trying our best not to rush though. Most of our stories piled up today and so I decided to release them all in one update. :)

DREAM NOVELS
Echizen Ryoma - Come Back to Me by Setsuna
Akutsu Jin - The Chemistry Between Us by Megane-ko
Ootori Choutarou - La forêt intouchable (French) by Serena
Ootori Choutarou - The Untouchable Forest by Serena

“La forêt intouchable” is the French version of the story “The Untouchable Forest.” Please be reminded that this Ootori dream novel has some sexual elements on it, so don’t read it if you’re 18 below. (Although I have a feeling that some will read it anyway *rolls eyes*)

THE CAROUSEL PROJECT
Sengoku Kiyosumi - A Whistle, A Bell, and a Fortune Cookie written by Tazii

This is a special dream novel since this is Teniyume’s first Sengoku dream novel, and the debut editing job of one of our new staff members.

ANNOUNCEMENTS
Rikapyon has been converted into a Higa Chuu fan, so she asked me if she can write Higa Chuu dream novels. I gave in, because I love Rikapyon, hehe. Our character list has been updated with some of the personalities from Higa Chuu.

Our Face Off section has been updated as well, since Tazii interviewed our new writers.

NEW STAFF MEMBERS
A couple of months ago we announced the Teniyume Writers’ Contest in order for us to recruit new members for our team. It took us a while to decide which entries to pick because each stories have different impact on the staff. We tried our very best to judge the entries accordingly, and I am proud to announce to you our four new staff members: Kurohane, Yoru, Sakube Yamu and Linc.

Kurohane will work for us both as a writer and as an editor, which means we already have three editors. She will also have her own page here called For the Soul. Sakube Yamu, Yoru and Linc will be our resident writers. Yoru will also write in Spanish, so we already opened a Spanish dream novel section for our Spanish readers. Their profiles are also available on the staff profile section.

    i’m so proud of myself for restraining my curiousity and not reading Serena’s DN - i didnt because megane-senpai put up so many warnings that i thought it must be really sexually grapical, so i didnt read it =) but i think sexually suggestive language or themes should be no problem (if you put a M15+ rating) and only …grapical and detailed scenes should fit into the R18+ rating. Everyone has a different opinion on this but many M15+ movies, PG13 as well have sexually suggestive themes, but as long as its not grapical it should be no problem =) my opinion only ahahas, so feel free to leave it

    i didnt know if WordPress had character limits or not so i just divided the comment into two.

    first of all, WELCOME ALL THE NEW WRITERS!! and thank you very much for satisfying my curiousity and completing my question set =)

    and Setsuna ~ i think you ended your DN perfectly, fitted in with Ryoma’s personality really well and didnt sound too OOC. excellently written. But i think i found a few mistakes in there, a part of the letter that aki wrote to ryoma was in italics but i think it was saying how ryoma ran to the airport? and the default name came up here as well “”It’s Aki, and you better not forget my name again…”. Megane-senpai ~ your Akutsu DN described him perfectly no more needed to be said.

    I already fixed the coding problem. Ctrl+F didn’t get the default name, for some reason. :)

    WHOA, that Ohtori one was pretty hot =OOO In a beautiful sensual style too, like it’s not just hardcore. I LIKE ARTY-FARTY STYLES! You have my love.

    Kurohane, one of the new writers and editor here! Happy and glad to be aboard Teniyume! Thanks to those who gave the warm welcome’s and I hope to hear more from you all. Great DNs everybody! Although I was just a tad bit confused in reading the Ootori one, but I think I got it in the end. It was great though. Awesome job everyone!

    Re: Rating stories with mature content

    I’m leaving all stories with mature content (detailed or not, with references to premarital sex, or graphic violence) under the R-18 rating because a lot of our readers came from different places and might treat the content of the stories differently. Some of us might find some cursing on the story as “Okay”, some of us won’t. :)

    Tazii - Hehe. Thanks! I was rather worried there, I wasn’t able to sleep last night. -shot- I’m glad its okay.

    Megane-ko - I think the part with the italics is still there. Only the letter should be italicized. Could you help edit that? Thanks!

    Wow. I loved all the new DNs! I liked “The Untouchable Forest” a lot because it wasn’t as sugary as DNs can sometimes be. I liked the reality of Ootori wanting to touch the one he loves, but not being able to. I don’t think less of him because of his basic needs, but rather, I think of him as such a better guy for being able to respect his loved one like that. It’s a great thing for a guy to know and do, and so that’s why I like this story. I can only wish I could find someone like Ootori in real life XD Overall, a really good DN! :D

    Also, congrats and welcome to all the new staff/writers! I look forward to reading your works soon!
