[Admin] Teniyume Readers’ Survey

Hello. I set up a survey form for all the readers of Teniyume. I hope this will help us improve the website by noting our strong and weak points. PLEASE FILL UP THE FORM ONLY ONCE so that the data that we will get are as accurate as possible. (Because believe me, discussing the data isn’t as easy as it sounds.)
I suggest that you should answer this form anonymously. Be reminded that all your individual answers are confidential, and that we’re only releasing the OVERALL results of the survey as soon as we have enough responses. Thank you very much for taking your time in answering this form!
