[Admin] Reminders

Posted on October 17, 2006

I’ve been experiencing some stuff regarding our site, so just to remind everyone:

If you are a new visitor
I set up a site map for our new visitors in order for them to be familiar with this site.

If you have questions
Teniyume has the About section wherein you can find the FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions). Be reminded that we try to answer all your e-mail questions as soon as we can. Some questions have been asked a number of times so in order not to repeat what I have just said, then please do visit the About section first. If your questions aren’t in that section, then please feel free to contact us.

When sending an e-mail question
Sometimes someone sends in an e-mail question using the contact form, but when I try to reply, my mail bounces back because the person who asked the question didn’t give his or her proper e-mail address. When sending us e-mail please put your real e-mail address. How are we supposed to give you an answer when we cannot contact you?

When posting a request
Recently a reader posted 3 requests on two separate occasions. I won’t state her name, but given the fact that we have clear rules in posting stories, I have decided to ignore her third requests (she posted one request on a particular day, and then a couple of days after, she posted two). This is only fair to everyone who have been following the rules and posted only two stories at a time.

We try our best to balance our time so that we can give you well-written stories, and ignoring our limits mean that you do not care at all. This is pretty sad on our part. Please do read the rules before requesting, and if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask us.

To all LiveJournal users
Please do add our community and our rss feed teniyume_syn on your friends list.

And to our readers and visitors
Thank you very much for supporting Teniyume for the past six months. And of course, thank you to all the staff who joined in and helped me build and maintain this site. Without you guys, this wouldn’t be possible. Please keep on visiting the site and stay tune for we have more stories and projects to come. :)

Ootori, Sengoku, Echizen and Akutsu Dream Novels; New Writers

Posted on October 11, 2006

This post is packed with news, announcements and updates, I don’t even know where to start. We’re pretty busy with school right now, but we’re trying our best not to rush though. Most of our stories piled up today and so I decided to release them all in one update. :)

DREAM NOVELS
Echizen Ryoma – Come Back to Me by Setsuna
Akutsu Jin – The Chemistry Between Us by Megane-ko
Ootori Choutarou – La forêt intouchable (French) by Serena
Ootori Choutarou – The Untouchable Forest by Serena

“La forêt intouchable” is the French version of the story “The Untouchable Forest.” Please be reminded that this Ootori dream novel has some sexual elements on it, so don’t read it if you’re 18 below. (Although I have a feeling that some will read it anyway *rolls eyes*)

THE CAROUSEL PROJECT
Sengoku Kiyosumi – A Whistle, A Bell, and a Fortune Cookie written by Tazii

This is a special dream novel since this is Teniyume’s first Sengoku dream novel, and the debut editing job of one of our new staff members.

ANNOUNCEMENTS
Rikapyon has been converted into a Higa Chuu fan, so she asked me if she can write Higa Chuu dream novels. I gave in, because I love Rikapyon, hehe. Our character list has been updated with some of the personalities from Higa Chuu.

Our Face Off section has been updated as well, since Tazii interviewed our new writers.

To those who are using LiveJournal, you can now track Teniyume’s updates by adding our Syndicated RSS feed. Just add teniyume_syn on your friends list. Thank you to Jaime for helping us out! :)

NEW STAFF MEMBERS
A couple of months ago we announced the Teniyume Writers’ Contest in order for us to recruit new members for our team. It took us a while to decide which entries to pick because each stories have different impact on the staff. We tried our very best to judge the entries accordingly, and I am proud to announce to you our four new staff members: Kurohane, Yoru, Sakube Yamu and Linc.

Kurohane will work for us both as a writer and as an editor, which means we already have three editors. She will also have her own page here called For the Soul. Sakube Yamu, Yoru and Linc will be our resident writers. Yoru will also write in Spanish, so we already opened a Spanish dream novel section for our Spanish readers. Their profiles are also available on the staff profile section.

I’m off to bed. :P
